Well I got my 85 stuck in a ditch way up in the hills in north Idaho. High centered both axles. I'm trying to get ahold of a hi lift... Because I'm not sure if I know anyone else who can make it up there.. Planning on going up tomorrow morning in an old Chevy with shovels, 2x6s and cat litter, and a tow strap. Just wondering if you guys have some tips and trucks for this stupid noob lol

Can't get a picture since this is via my phone

Wish I could come up, but that's a little far sorry. Try airing your tires down to about 15 psi, and make sure the strap you're bringing is a snatch strap not a tow strap. You'll have your best luck very early in the morning while the snow is still crunchy - wait for the sun to hit it and your job gets ten times harder. Good luck!

Dang man, If it wasn't 300+ miles away I'd be right there to help. I don't even know anybody from that area. I'd air down to about 9psi if it were me. Kid V is very right about the sun, Best to do it early morning (like around 4am).
My suggestion: Look for a local on the way up who has a winch and wants a half rack of beer. :cowboy:

Most important thing is that you are safe.
If you were in sherwood I'd be on my way.
