I have this crazy "creaking sound" ever since I had these installed. Is that normal?

Check the torque values and make sure they were not tightened excessively. Assuming all is good there, lube the uniball with triflow and the bushings with the proper lube for that application.

this. I'd imagine either the UCA bolts are over torqued, or were torqued with the weight not on the suspension. Its an easy solution. Just loosen the UCA bolts with the vehicle on the ground under its own weight and then torque to spec. Also id throw some triflow on the uniball anyway for good measure.

I'm positive the creaking noise is from the uniball, use teflon lube or triflow and spray down the uniball top and bottom and the noise will go away. The noise will come back, just spray again.

Time for another dumb question, can I do this while it's sitting on the ground. I'm not much of a mechanic, but I can see the top of the ball and I'm assuming I could spray underneath it as well.

yup, I usually turn the wheels to get better access, wipe down the uniballs up top and under with a rag and spray both sides.
