Help! ToyTec Lift Alignment?

Hey guys. So I just installed my base ToyTec Lift Kit the other day, along with some new and bigger wheels and tires. I went to a ran do shop that happened to be open today because I figured I should get an alignment. The guy was really concerned about touching/aligning my 4Runner because he said he could only align it to factory specs and not the aftermarket specs.

So now I am really confused. I googled around but couldn't find any specs on toytecs website. It's their base (about 900 bucks) lift with stock UCAs and LCAs. So what do I do? I am planning on getting a second opinion at my usual trusted shop, but what do you guys think? Do most people go with factory alignment specs? Any advice would be appreciated!

I'm definitely going to, but I don't want to just show up and be like here, figure it out. I want a sense of what route I should be taking so I can talk to them and really hear both sides of the story.

My truck is as close to Factory spec as possible but it is a balance of Camber vs Caster (more Camber less Caster and vice versa) because I have not replaced my UCAs. Replacing UCAs with aftermarket ones adds a few degrees of Caster to help get the truck aligned back to factory spec because of the change in suspension geometry due to the lift. So let me see if I got this right. I have fully replaced my suspension, but have not done the UCAs. That might be a future project but not right now. So because I have my stock UCAs, I should try to get as close to factory specs in the tire alignment? Even though I may not be able to get perfect factory specs, I should try to get as close as possible?

Am I reading this right? I really appreciate your help!

That's it I just did mine like you did, Toytec Lift (Ultimate) and stock UCA's. I was able to get everything in spec except for the caster. It's not far off, but the camber and toe are spot on

Ok I appreciate it. I think I'll go to my shop, get their opinion and then try to get everything in spec as close as possible. I'll keep your current "specs" in mind. Thanks man! I was thinking about it and I couldn't imagine the aftermarket specs being that different from the factory specs.
