Help What next???

hey what should i do next my 91 4runner is automatic i change spark plugs, air filter, oil, and gas filter but when i push the gas the truck takes time to go. it is slow to go from 0 to like 30 mph after that first push is fine but i was wondering if thats how the truck is or what should i do next so my truck runs fine?
