So today I noticed that I had quite a lean when looking at it from the rear. Got underneath and noticed this bolt was missing :( Anybody know if I can pick this up at home depot or somewhere, or the correct size? I believe its a 19mm x 4inch? Thanks for the help!

Go to the Toyota dealer and order the correct part. And don't drive your 4R until you do. That same thing happened to a friend where he lost the passenger rear KDSS bolt, and it crushed his brake line while driving causing a brake failure.

Heh, I lost the same one once. Heard a nasty clunking on the trail, looked underneath and saw the KDSS swaybar where it freed itself and tore open the rear brake line.

I crimped and clamped the brake line with some vice grips, retasked my hi-lift slider adapter's tiny bolt that just happened to be long enough, plus some creative use of ratchet straps and limped home about 100 miles.

You should order the replacement bolt from Toyota to get the proper size and strength bolt, but until that comes in, just use whatever you can find at the hardware store that fits.
