Where is this yellow and black wire??

I checked out the link to TOYO Tech it gave instructions about the black wire with yellow strips but the pictures were gone. I signed as a new member however can't even post a reply so got no where

I've wondered about this. Hate not being able to turn lights off fully especially going through gate at work. Supposed to have them off. Give it a shot tomorrow
