Help with Gobi rack options?

I'm about to order a Gobi rack for the truck. Having trouble deciding which one to get. Is the 40" LED worth it or should I just get the stealth only package and install the LED later on my own. Should I get fixed or removable crossbars? I appreciate all feedback I'm entirely new to this.

Look at my build it has everything you are asking. I got the stealth rack with crossbars, gave them the dimensions if my led light bar when ordering for a bracket and got the ladder and tool box.

If you can swing the lightbar Rigid or Vision X are the route I would go. After the issues I had with my first lightbar I am now using all Rigid for everything else.

Another vote for rigid. In retrospect I might have gone with the RDS, which is the more round version, and a little more aerodynamic.

My 2 cents, get the removable cross bars and full mesh floor, this allows you to have a very versatile area while still having cross bars. As far as the front light is concerned you should decide upfront if you are going to ever want to go with a 40" bar or not. If you tell them you plan to use the bar they will leave off the front two vertical supports so the bar will fit further back on the rack. If you don't have them remove these and install the bar later I image it would look odd/to far forward/be a pain to install. Yes you could always cut the vertical pieces off and paint the area etc but seems more hassle then just deciding what you what upfront.

I opted to go with a combo of sr lights on the front, it sits a little lower and less loud than the 40. Let me know if you want a pic of it, otherwise folding through the rigid gb thread for some inspiration. Good luck in your travels

Keep an eye out there is more in the works. Just slowing down a bit have a boat I am modding a bit and waiting on some parts to be delivered from backordered ie be made and my electronics box to be made to be able to move forward a good amount of the way. Also just need some more motivation/downtime/cool day/no rain/feeling good day to knock out some projects on the truck. Then it will slow down and be bits and pieces when I can afford to between other projects. I have most of it planned out on my build thread and am working down the list.

For example cant really install many more of the electric stuff till my bussman relay is done, ie radar detctor, front dash camera, all the external lighting, secondary battery, rewiring the engel fridge, etc.

Have slider on order from shroxworks just got a ups notification should be on soon. Need a filler plate to be made for the skid plates but am at the mercy of the manufacturer when he will make them avaialble. Rci metalworks fille rfor stock trd skid plate.

I have Icon billet front control arms to install, need to find rear uppers and crossbar. Am going to work on spring weights for the truck, might put in bounce shocks, even looking at doing airbags for towing and loading down with equipment,

Rack not done. Still need fuel/water worked out. i have military containers from ladt build but going different direction. I am waiting on Gobi toolbox. Might ad an awning. Looking for mounts to add my side lights rigid srms. Still need wiring harness and relay box to hook em up right.

Need money to get a winch and hidden plate. Dont know the direction I want to go here.

Want some cargo divider etc...

Lots to do and figure out lol. A work in progress many big things already done. Some things I want to tighten up. Other small things like a gps bypass switch, rear camera bypass switch. And other things I am forgetting like redetailking and adding a hood blackout for the roof led Lightbar reflection. Machine gun mounts, anti personel system lethal and less than lethal, hollow tube jacks deployment when being chased, better radio comms probably put in a chinese multi band system being able to monitor mukti band frequencies and tx on a few of them including 2 meter. Just stuff like that lol. Not much.

x2 on full mesh and removable crossbars. As stated decide what LED you want up front and have them add the provisions
