Help with mounting Rigid Dually's

Hey guys and gals,
The previous owner of my 4runner had a pair of crappy LED fogs that died. I've mounted a pair of Dually's onto the lower front valence of my runner, where the originals were. but these being better quality, they're heavier, and cause the valence to bend and wobble. Any suggestions to where I can mount them? I've got a small lightbar in the center (See pictures).

You need to mount them somewhere where there is a metal reinforcement underneath to support the weight. That plastic valence just can't hold it on it's own.

Since you've completely cut out all supports in the middle for the valance, it's not able to hold the weight of the lights. You'll need to remount on something metal or fabricate some sort of bracket to go from the bumper/frame to support the valance, preferably under the LED lights.

Underneath the plastic valance there is a metal reinforcement that is bolted to the frame rails. You can drill into the top or bottom lips of this reinforcement to mount those lights securely. I did the exact same thing last week for a pair of amber LEDs and the mounting position is solid. Just crawl under there and have a look. Took me maybe an hour and had to cut a little plastic and metal.

EDIT: I have the 2002 fat lip bumper so the configuration might be a little different, but pretty sure your valance still has a metal reinforcement behind it...
