Hello amd welcome.
You will need to remove the front strut assembly and replace the shock bushing, possibly the whole shock if the bushing can't be done by itself. If you need to replace the shock on one side I'd suggest just doing both.
Google or search here, how to replace suspension.
A mechanic can also do this pretty cheap.

In addition to the above it might be handy to know what the brand/type of the coilover you have there. Perhaps that manufacture sells replacement bushings?

just change the bushing, no need to replace the whole shock. any parts store will have the replacement bushing, either press the old bushing out or just torch it and clean it, then with a little lube press the new bushing in
DON"T torch the shock. It contains compressed gas and it will blow in your face if you try to heat a shock absorber.
Use a proper sized box socket to press out the old bushing. If you can find an OLD TOYOTA strut bushing, that might work. To install the bush, you can use a box socket that fits right on to the outer metal ring. Don't force the bush to slide into the shock by the center metal ring.

That strut looks like it's seen better days... Just my .02 but if you are going through the hassle of replacing the bushing why not replace both of the struts and be done with it?

dude! i had my eye on that thing for so long but when i first saw it he was asking something CRAZY.it is so nice in person though i cannot deny it.mind me asking what you paid for it.?
I paid 8k which wasn't too bad. I looked for almost 4 months and for these are going for around here it was the best deal.
