I have 98 4runner that was moded by the guy before me but he did not do a particularly great job. He installed some sort of special lighted face plate for the tach, spedom, etc but failed on the wiring, so now the lighting does not work at all. There is red and white wiring coming into the fuse panel in the front but the red is not in anything. Does any body know what I should be doing with this???
