The easiest and best way to do it is from a photobucket, imageshack or similar image hosting service. You basically upload the pic then insert a link into your post. Surround the link with following minus the *: [*i*m*g]link here [/*i*m*g]

Photobucket is a really good webiste as CJ mentioned.
I prefer to upload the picture then copy the IMG link on Photobucket and paste it here.

Photobucket used to be great...then the picture filed began to start corrupting and messing with the URLS, etc. I switched over to Picasa and have been happy ever since... I would highly reccomend it, :bigok:
