Herculine the $hit out of it!

I finally quit blowin smoke and did the Herculiner. Went a different way than most though. One of the main features that attracted me to the 4Runner were the fender flares and side skirts so I opted to keep them and just throw the liner on top. Looks great to me, what are your thoughts? Also just put first coat in the rear cargo area. Carpet was soaked and stained so I said screw it and decided to line it too.

Bumpers won't be done. Addicted Offroad front bumper+winch should be here in a week. I think I'm going to tackle the rear bumper build myself.

Yeah, the trick to getting them off is to heat the glue up with a hair dryer and use fishing line.

It looks great. Good job.

I think it would look better to still put a weathertech mat in the back and cover the wheel wells. I am not a fan of seeing the body contours that weren't' meant to be seen. Gives it an unfinished look. That being said, if you like, then go with it.

It's staying out but the rubber mat is going back in for the dogs.

hey sorry to bring this back after a month, but I love the color of the wheels here. Got any tips on doing that to mine? What color did you use and did you basically just clean, sand and spray?

I'm debating doing the same thing. Any tips or advise from your experience with the Herculiner? Did you allow it to get tacky before pulling the painters tape?
