are there any extra steps or precautions i need to take? ive seen a bunch of people that have done it and they just simply sand the rockers and bumpers and apply it. is it the same deal with chrome bumpers?
...yea it's the same deal. Just sand the heck out of it, and clean it up with like alcohol to get the dust off and get it squeeky clean. And be sure do like 3 or 4 coats and you should be home free...
...it looks SOO good after its finished, give it a month or so and the nice black luster fades a bit, BUT after a nice wash, spray some of that tire foam sht on there and its back to that dark glistening black again.
