Hello from Salt Lake
Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Steve from SLC. We have a 1993 SR5 with 258k miles. Have had it since 2006.
Best story we have is that the catalytic converter was cut off the car last month while it sat up at the UofU research park. Partner drove it home pissed that I didn't check why the engine light was on the day before. Turns out the engine light was on because the thief started his work the week before and cut the O2 sensor wire and got spooked before he could finish his work! So he came back and stole the whole thing. The muffler was brand new.
Other than that the truck is stock. Starting to show it's age, but still runs like a champ.
Looking at getting a newer used model. Considering a V8.
