Hey guys, so I have a sad story. Just under 2.5 years ago my parents helped me buy my first car, it was a 2004 Tacoma Trd. About 2 months before I crashed it I put Fox suspension all around on it, and it was awesome. Fast forward about two months and we had our first winter storm, where there was 2 inches of ice on the road, and because I had spent money on the suspension, instead of new tires(they were bald) I ended up sliding into a ford focus and an old Pontiac, totaling my truck, the Pontiac, and maybe the focus. Yes I was probably driving a little faster than I should(I was gonna be late for school) and I had the "I'm invincible" mindset when I started that morning. Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way, but luckily I learned, and nobody was hurt, other that my beautiful truck. My parents ended up making money on it, and I got back $3k plus $500(half the price of the Fox Suspension) which was the money that I had paid for monthly payments. My parents decided to let me take my $3500, plus what I had saved up from working that summer, and go "find my own damn vehicle". So I found a really awesome white, base 3rd gen with the 2.7 and a manual. The first thing I did was take the running boards off, and I plastidipped:biggrin1: the crappy rusted 15in steel wheels. Due to my learning experience, I have made it through the winter without incident, which is great. So that's why I'm here haha, sorry if my writing was sporadic, I just got done with homework and I'm about to go to bed. Thanks guys!

Welcome sorry about your truck. Hard lesson learned. I learned one kinda like that. It was dont put my wife in a car with spotty brakes. I learned it after a bumper on my 82 camaro and a new bumper on my 4R.
