Hey, just asking for some help.

I recently got a hold of my wife's vehicle, which is a 06 4runner 2wd sr5, and she wants me to make it more aggressive looking, so I picked up a ARB bumper, but I need help lifting the thing, I have no idea about toyota's lifts, any help would be appreciated, pictures to show me how it would look would be awesome as well, but I don't want to ask for much. Thank you so much.
