I'm new to the 4Runner world. I bought a 2013 TE about a month ago. I'm not sure I'll stay on this forum though. I've read about 20 threads & there are a lot of childish comments here & apparently no moderators. I'll give it a month or two & then decide.

I like the 4Runner, I plan to mainly run 1-3 trails (out of 10 ratings) with it. I also have a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon w/ all the bells and whistles, I'll keep that for the 4+ trails.

Hi, welcome to the forum. I guess this one is like any other out there as regards snarky comments and sophomoric attitudes. I just try to look past it all.

I think your runner may surprise you as far as keeping up with the Jeep. Anyway, congrats on the new vehicle.

I hope that it does. For a "Trail Edition" there are a couple of things I'm kinda disappointed in: no rock sliders, passenger tires & not much armor underneath & no recovery points. I know 99% of the people who buy vehicles never take them off road. So, that is what I'll work on first.

This KDSS drives on road like a dream. So far, I'm really happy with this rig.
