Hid 2005 help!!!!!

Has anyone with a 2003-2005 t4r put the 2006-2009 projector headlights in? I was hoping it would be easier than the retrofit. Please help. i orderd and hid kit for my 2005 before I knew that the reflector headlights wouldn't work. so now I have 9006 hid kit with 2005 reflector headlights. If anyone has this setup and they like it let me know. I will not start the mod until i am sure it will look good. Thanks

It will work, but you will have problem with the glare.

Upgrading to a 2006 headlight w/ projector will start up in series of mods. First, there will be a triangular gap between the headlight and the grill, so you will need to upgrade the grill and buy that trim piece below the headlight.
Plus do a lot of trimming. Retrofitting IMO is easier.

If you have a 9006 kit, for the mean time install it in the Fogs. Until you are decided to do the retro..:thumb3:
