I figured out the difference between hid headlghts and non hid. If you look at the new siena headlight the middle piece is different on the xle. The xle comes standard with hid .

My 2005 Sienna XLE does not have HID's.

XLE Limiteds have HID. Yes, the reflector on the HID headlights are a little different than the halogen ones.
