HID help

Been searching a lot, maybe one of you can help me out. I've got a plug and play kit and only my passenger side works. I've confirmed its not the bulbs or ballasts. What could be wrong on my drivers side? Halogen works fine.

So you switched and mixed and matched bulbs and ballasts with the other side and the driver side still doesn't work? You would probably need the relay then. Sounds like there's not enough power and you would need a direct hook up to the battery.

Try flipping the plug from your original headlight....one of mine was backwards

What brand do you have? I installed mine tonight and needed no relay! Just had to flip one over! Also check and make sure the pins inside connectors are straight, one of mine was bent

That was it!:jaw drop: I can't believe I didn't accidently do that with how many times I flipped stuff around. Just flipped the drivers side plug in to the original headlight plug and it worked.
