hid kits

what is the best hid kit for a 99 4runner limited. im looking for best price quality. i am also not getting them for the look. i really need something that will help my night vision. i need an hid kit that will be the brightest. thanks for your help.

2 things,
1. i saw a compete hid kit at chux trux, shop here in kansas city mo, that had a whole new wire system, lights, programer, and (switches- i think) it was around $500...( www.chuxtrux.com )

2. or u could get tome after market lights and mount them to the front of ther car, like the KC lights but those are the ones i like....

check craigslist for them plug and play hid. $100-$130.

or maybe in the sale section of the forum.

6,000K should be white. the higher the number the more blue/purple it gets.

4200 is about where you want to be. It's the brightest. But PLEASE set it up right, if you're getting HID's. So many re****ed plug and play kits that blind others on the road. I want to take a hammer to them everytime. Also remember that HID bulbs are much more expensive than OEM bulbs.

But the cheapest solution would be to just add external aux. lights. Very cheap and easy to put on.
