HID light pattern compatibility

i have the OEM 97 headlights... (the frosted ones)

i am looking to get the klight 6000k hid kit.


should i upgrade my headlights to the 99-02 ones?


or will the 97 ones work just fine....

I have the Xectronic 8000k bi-xenon hid in my 99. It works great.
However, I think it should work with your 97.

What are the thing that mostly concerns you?

was it a direct replacement to the stock ones? plug and play type of thing? Coudl you take a few pics of the trucks headlights and also a few pics of the inside of the lights from the back side and all? I am very interested in those....TIA

Yup, its plug and play. However, I was having a little trouble mounting the blasts.


What are some places you want the picture from? like down the road or ? and by inside of the light, as in behind the bulbs or inside the engine bay?

not too bad w/ electronics...i was looking for maybe some pics from inside the engine bay. and maybe of the light housings themselves...i guess a shot of the light output would be ok as well thanks...

why do ask about the electronics...need something?
