HID upgrade, which one to go with?

I'm so sick of my piece of shit Xenon Depot HIDs. One of the bulbs fails to ignite even after replacing the ballast. And now their customer service isn't responding.

For anyone interested in HIDs, I'd recommend avoiding Xenon Depot.

I've been strongly considering these HIDs, just curious to know how long have you had them before the bulbs started failing you? Sorry to ignite an old thread :noidea:

I have the phillips HIDs, HI/DRL LEDs with DRL driver. Only issue i've had is the passenger HID not igniting on the first, second, sometimes 3rd attempt. I think I emailed their CS and they said they had gotten a new system and my order wasnt in it, so I sent them the receipt and they sent me a bulb and ballast for free.

I havent had a chance to put either on yet; not sure who the culprit is, plus been trying to finish other jobs on the 4R.

Did XeonDepot resolve your issues?

No, they never did. I ended up going with a cheap kit off ebay that a friend with a Taco recommended. It's been perfect ever since.
