Well, not so much of an issue, as it's easily solved; it's more of a curiosity.
I've noticed that after almost every time I remove my air intake baffle, when I put it back together and do a test run, the idle is high. I'm sure you all know that to remove the baffle, you have to remove the Cruise Control cable (passenger side) that runs across it.
My 'fix' for this is when the idle is really high, simply loosen the Cruise Control cable, and the idle goes back down, and then tighten the cable back up.
I've obviously waited for the truck to warm up, etc, and I've even driven it for about 20 minutes to see if it would go away on its own, but no good.
Easily solved, but curious. My thoughts are the TPS, as I had a code for it flash once a few months ago, and then cleared itself.
