Does it squeal when not moving?? If so, obviously NOT a u-joint. Timing belts are cogged and never squeal, ever. As said above, either loose accessory belt or one or more is due for a change. You can spray water on the belt pulleys with an old Windex or similar bottle, the noise should stop briefly if you hit the right spot.
The other possibility is a problem in a driven item, P/S pump, alt., A/C compressor, fake water pump, or idler. To examine this, take one belt off at a time until you find the culprit. Instructions on belt removal in Documentation sticky at top of forum.
