Congrats! I'd recommend flushing fluids and going over the suspension for loose things at that age. Looks great for its mileage though!
Shh don't say that too loud. Mine might hear and I've already had my fill of rust this year...

Ya, the suspension looks like it was replaced by the PO because it's all in good shape, but I plan on putting stiffer struts on anyway. We're probably gonna change the fluids too since we don't know if the PO did.
Thanks! I can't wait to see how it looks with a lift, mud tires, bumper, and all the other mods I have planned

High mileage 2006 V8 Sport
My brother just laid to rest an ‘06 V8 Sport with 462,000 hard miles on it. Warped head finally ended her run. That thing was a war wagon.
I hope my ‘19 Pro makes it 1/2 that far!

Wow! Congrats to him! Was that 462k miles on the original engine and transmission?!
‘06 4.0L 4WDLimited just turned 225k with no major service besides brakes, oil, filters and tires
‘06 4.7L 2WD Limited at 260K and no major service. Just regular maintenance.
‘06 4.0L SR5 4WD just hit 160K which is essentially just broken in ;-) I’m aiming for 400K out of each!

i bought an '04 sport v8 with 180k a couple months ago. after doing necessary maintenance that wasn't done, i've got 191k on her. had 3 different shops look at her, and she's basically good as new! hoping for another 191k 
got it for $7k & put $2k into timing belt, breaks, fluid changes, cv axels, etc. still a good deal, imo.

140k 05 v6. Replaced a couple o2 sensors front brakes

I have changed front calipers and valve cover gasket (oil on spark plugs)
Had to remove catalytic converter cover as it was rattling
Also about every single interior bulb has died and needed to be replaced
Replaced passenger front headlight assembly as it was holding moisture
Previous owner had to replace 2 door lock actuators
