1989 4Runner 22RE
I can't claim the trophy for this one, since these were mostly from the previous owner...
Previous owner "rebuilt" original engine around 420K. Still ran but burned oil.
I picked it up around 437K summer 2015, then that blew a gasket last summer (2016) around 446K
Now I've got Jim Putney's Stage 2 with about 1000 miles.
Barely broken in.
Truck drives great.

Highest mileage, not yet, but the future is yet to be decided
'89 purchased in '89 with 10,000 on the dial, currently 230,000 miles everything is still original except for the tires, timing belt, and oil filter.
P.S. Also have an '03 V8 with 234,000 miles on it.

Just hit 300,000 miles on the 92 4runner. 3.0 Manual trans.
Head gasket done during recall, other than that, just regular maintenance. Runs really well still! Everything is tight, drives nice. Parts of front susp and steering redone.

I just picked up a 1990 3.sl0w about three weeks ago. I am in love with it. pretty much done doing maintenance last owner never did. Have no clue history of truck but runs like a damn champ. Just hit 190,000 yesterday. Hope fully another 200,000 to go

3zve from the year 1988 - 378,251 miles as of today. No rebuilt, all original.
