210k on mine. original motor trans both diffs and transfer case. Just preventive maintance.

I ran across a T4R on Autotrader that was reasonbly priced, and it included a free Carfax, so I clicked it and was pleasantly surprised.

I talked to Bob last weekend. He's a tick over 725,000 and going strong.

When I bought mine from a Dealer in Akron Ohio this past August. They took a trade in on a 97 4runner with around 776000 miles on it. Original motor and transmission were still in it. I took a couple pictures, let me see if I can find them.

Should never have an LBJ failure if you're maintaining the truck properly. They're wear items, it's up to the owner to change them before the failure.
