Hi all, I’m pretty new but I have been cruising around this site and gained a wealth of knowledge already and I am grateful for those of you who have helped me so far. I have a 98 sr5 with 228,xxx miles and I’m pretty sure these are the original springs and struts. I pull a boat with my runner pretty regularly in the summer and I have noticed even with no weight it is time to replace these components.
My question is this, the highlander edition springs give you about an extra inch right off the bat if I understand correctly. But if I pair those with the Bilstein 5100 that everyone here seems to use, can I adjust those to their middle or lowest setting and gain less than 3” of lift? Or is there a better route I need to explore?
Any and all help or info would be greatly appreciated.
