Hilux Surf fender turn signal

Does anyone know where to get a pair of Surf fender turn signals like the ones in the picture? I ran a few searches on here and came up short.

I am by no means trying to do a Surf conversion. Just trying to set my Runner apart with minor additions that look OEM.

I guess I titled them wrong. Turns out they are "repeaters". Install pics and links are still appreciated!

not exactly the same as the hilux but here is a link of wat i thought about doing along time ago but ended up putting a snorkel in which is placed in the same spot on the passenger's side.

What I have seen people do is get the Fender indicator (it's clear and blinks orange) off of a 99.5-04 VW Jetta and use that one, i believe there is a writeup on how to do it on yotatech.

Thanks for the help guys. I did find a set of Surf repeaters on eBay for around $36 shipped.

Do you guys think a subtle addition like this will turn out "ricey" if I don't have any other Surf equipment?
