Hitch mount cargo bag / carrier that won't block rear tail lights

Hello,
I would like to buy a hitch mounted cargo bag or carrier for my 2016 4Runner. I see some of the Thule versions have lights that can be hooked up to the hitch outlet, but some of the less expensive versions do not, and I do not want to block the tail lights or brake lights. If someone has purchased one that does not obscure the rear lights, I would appreciate the recommendation. Thank you in advance.
