Holly wrecked 4runner

Singtoe,

Does the price include all the other miscellaneous bs fees you had to pay? I'll say $1100 for the dimwit who needs this car really bad.

At the Virgina auctions I have been to, a car like this either gets no bids or the dimwits have a bidding war on it. Once my friend, his uncle, and I watched three dimwits bid up a wrecked F150 (still good motor and tranny) so high, that if any of the three would have gone to the used car lot down the street, they could have purchased one that was running and in better condition for less $$$.

Just to keep it simple, for this pool - simple bidding numbers as this is the only info we get to see after the auction.

Talking about dimwits, I was bidding on a 4runner and some dude from Cali out bid me. This 4runner was a hit hard in the rear and it got up to $3k. The winning still needs to pay bidder fees, online fees, pull out fees and have it shipped to Cali.

So Holly wrecked her 4Runner. Is she okay..
I hope so. My bad. Spell check is a curse.

As for the history of wreck cars. I don't know. I know that death cars are held up in limbo for many years. Courts, trials, litigation, etc. They want to make sure all issues are settled up before evidence is disposed of.

Hey DOus,

This would be a good candidate for your runner to get a V6 motor and 4wd drivetrain.

Somewhat low mileage too. Set a price in your head on what you want to pay for it.

Haha I dunno I might be a little leery from something with that much damage, but for a low price; who knows. Not like I have any money right now anyways!

With all due respect to anyone who has ever died in a car accident, and to the families--and knocking on wood as to my own fate, and wishing nothing but safe travels for myself and my loved ones--what I would hate is for perfectly good parts to go to waste because of a tragedy. If a Runner did its best it deserves to live on with its parts. If I go to the big man in the sky you guys can salvage my Runner without getting the heebie-jeebies.

lol maritimer, i'd say that thing is worth its weight in metal and maybe it'll go for $600 at auction but i feel that car is going straight to the scrapyard. I bougt my truck at auction for $1850, I'll laugh at the smuck who pays $1100 for that POS.
