Hood Deflector

Greetings from Nashville, TN!

I just purchased an `07 Sport and need to buy a hood deflector. In reading some old threads here, there was a lot of praise for the Benevento/Canadian style. Would one of you be so kind as to direct me to a supplier for them? The places mentioned in the old posts don't seem to carry those specific deflectors any more and Web searches are proving to be unfruitful.

I've been looking for the same hood deflector and have run out of ideas.
It appears AutoMax owns Benevento and when I contacted them they said that they no longer make hood deflectors. They gave me 3 of their distributors to check with and they don't have them either.

If anyone has any other ideas I would appreciate it
 
Id also like to know! I have an 09 4Runner Sport 4WD and I just ordered this on Amazon: Auto Ventshade 25428 Bugflector II Smoke Colored Stone and Bug Deflector

It appears that this might have issues with the sport models but I won't know for sure until it's delivered and I install it.
 
I have order this model (Auto Ventshade 25428 Bugflector II) from ebay and this bugflector would not fit onto the 07 sport edition v6, parhap it might fit onto a SR5 model without the hood scope?

Yeah I think I made the same mistake. I found another part number 25428B that might fight the sport. Waiting for others to chime in .
 
For those of you who are trying to find this part...

Elsewhere on this forum others have identified this part as C0500-35061. It doesn't show up in my local Toyota dealer's system and they couldn't cross-reference it. After a couple of calls to Canadian dealers, I found one who had the piece in-stock and (the important part) would take a credit card order for shipment to the `States. Stop by Welcome to Granville Toyota - Parts to get their number.

I hope this helps someone else...

I bought the exact same one for my 2006 4WD SE and it didn't sit right....after cutting/trimming etc...i trashed it. Waiting for get the one which fits.

Thanks! I just put my order in and he said "I believe that I just talked to one of your buddies". Lol

What exactly was the issue? I've looked at both hoods and I can't tell a diff aside from the scoop.
 
If anyone is interested...

The Canadian deflector arrived today. It fits my Sport like a champ. Installation was pretty simple and took less than an hour. FWIW, the advice elsewhere to cover the engine bay w. a blanket to catch loose bits was spot-on. Thanks to whoever posted that...
