Hook strips OK for under seat amp "mounting"?

Title pretty much says it all.

We don't have a lot of room under the seats and I'd like to just attach the hook strips (hook side of Velcro) to the bottom of my amp and Sound Ordnance slim, powered subwoofer to keep them from moving around.

As anyone done this...any issues?

just make sure both surface is clean, it works fine, i use velcro to hold my amp in place. been fine since i changed out the amps, doesnt move alot.
