Hooked Battery Up Backwards - All Dash Lights On!

DC runner

So,
Yea. Novice mistake. The wife was late and the battery was weak in the 4runner. I have no idea why. So, pulled the battery from my weekend truck and low and behold, I hooked it up backwards. For about 1 half second. The lights went off, horn...I unhooked it. Hooked it up correctly.

Results: Car Starts. Interior lights are out and all the dash lights are on.

Thoughts?

Uh oh billy...you cooked something. It should have just blow fluses, hook a code reader up and see what it says.

HA. Update: I pulled the radio and dome fuses. Blown.

No power is getting to the obd port, so clearly I blew some stuff. The truck starts and appears to run "smooth". Have not attempted to drive it.

UGGGGG!!! I am smarter than this. I know better. Busy morning, trying to get to work. Ugg.

I know i need to do a ZERO POINT, would the brake light being on be attached to that? I don't think so.
