Houston Meetup - Sat, March 3rd

Hey guys, I didn't know this part of the forums existed, but theres a thread on the 3rd gen section about a meetup in Galveston, Sat. March 3rd and I'd like it to have more generations of our favorite SUV and maybe a few taco's as well.

And we'll stop at Galveston Island Brewing for some lunch and beer. If we get enough interested (about 7 people checking in with the 3rd gens), I can call for perhaps a discounted group rate. Let me know if y'all would be interested!

Posting the same thing I did in the 3rd gen section about the meet up. Details below!

Saturday, March 3rd at 9 am here: 11201 Termini-San Luis Pass Rd, Galveston, TX 77554
(also Beach Pocket Park #1 on Google Maps)

Lots of room on this beach. Bring some cold drinks, a football and beach chairs. We'll discuss rigs, mods, and how to's. Once we wrap up the beach, we can go convoy up to Galveston Island Brewing Company (8423 Stewart Rd, Galveston, TX 77554). I can call about maybe a discounted group rate if everyone commits or more people join

Thanks to everyone who was interested in meeting up! Should be a blast and looking forward to seeing some rigs and gaining ideas for building mine!

It should be an extremely fun event and we are most definitely looking at the dunes as well.

There is a facebook group called 'htx t4r' that is probably more active than this regional section of the forum.
