How do I do this

Just bought a 1995 4x2 4runner the manual radio ant is loose .How do I access it to tighten it. Thanks

under the wheel well, take the screws or pegs off so u can remove the plastic panels. when u remove or just pull back on them look up where the antenna is theres a nut at the bottom. dont know the size. hope this help. sory no pics to help....anyone else can chime in?
