How Do I Gain Access To The Foglights? ('03 4Runner)

How can I get access to the foglights on my '03? I would like to get my 6000K HID kit installed but can't manage to get good access. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

i have an 05, i mounted teh ballests uptop neat the battery and the emtpy space by the washer fluid and fed the cable behind the headlights, shoudl be some space if its anything like mind.

to unplug the fog light you're goign to have to lie down on ur back and reach up underneath then unclip the conenctor and unscrew the light.
