How do I tell?

Forgive a newb question? How do I tell if I have XREAS on my 2007 v8 limited? Further, ho do I tell if they are still good with 90k miles in them?

Look at the shocks and if you have hoses coming out of them then you have XREAS. Those hoses link the other shock.
