How do these spark plugs look?

I took a couple out of my 2003 v8 to see how they were doing. The front driver side one was a little tough to crack. The second one in was easy...almost a bit loose.

They are supposed to be good for another 30,000 miles. The gap is about .043. Should I just go ahead and change them all now?

Also, it looks like the factory did put a little anti-seize on them. Thats good to know.

They don't look bad, if you feel like replacing them, do it.

That's quite subjective. Looking for something more scientific.
