Looks like we're all in the same boat. Same here, would like to start a thread. Everything I've read says the magic "might" be 15.

I'm a new member here, but I think I just read 15 posts before starting a new thread. I saw that on another thread somewhere in the new member sections.

I have been a member since Nov 2015 but have very few posts (7) and want to sell my tires but am advised "not enough posts".It is very frustrating as I see a lot of inane rubbish posted just to get "postings" --and still nobody knows how many are needed!!!

I think it's primarily so that spammers can't just start posting right away, but I wish they'd be more specific about the exact number required.
