How many post to make a classified thread??

I agree and think it's a good idea but it is always nice to be aware of it prior to trying to "post" .I think it is 15 posts to start a thread and 25 to sell something. I have been a member nearly a year but just do not have substantive information I felt I just had to get out there !Most of what I have wanted to know is actually here and all I had to do was seek it out.
