How much are people paying for the NEW 4Runner?

You can still add aftermarket leather and seat heaters from Katzkin. The benefit to that is that it's real leather and not synthetic stuff so it should feel much better. Plus you can choose options or colors you want. I plan to do that on my base Trail.

There's a guy on TW that sells the katzkins real cheap and you could either install it yourself or get it done locally. He sells for 4Runners as well.

Thanks for the info! I had planned to upgrade to leather eventually

Once I reached the dealer's rock bottom for my TEP/KDSS pricing I just started on discounts for the accessories like TRD wheels and skid to get down to the price I wanted. Quick and easy. $39500 before TTL including rims and skid.

2016 TEP with KDSS for $40,300 before TTL in SE Michigan. Local dealer had to bring it in from out of state because inventory around here is nil. I could have had one in Chicagoland for $39,200 but the extra dough was worth the convenience to me.

Just picked up my (first) new 4runner yesterday. 2016 trail premium in blue with kdss and a few minor options, MSRP $41840, price before TTL $38785.

I had to drive two states away to get the deal. Local dealers weren't willing to play ball, generally offering a few hundred off sticker, if anything. The dealer I bought from was $2500 - $4000 higher on the trade in on my old car than anyone within 100 miles of home, so it was worth spending a day on the road to go get it.

They wanted to make some money back on the financing, offering 3.75%, but I had pre-approval from my credit union for 2.24% (830+ credit score). They said the best they could do was 2.99% but the difference still added up to a full monthly payment over the term of the loan, so I stuck with the CU rate. Since it was late in the day, the credit union wouldn't do a wire until the following business day, so to sell the truck the dealer came down to 2.5% and I financed with them. I can refi that with my CU to get it down to 2.24 % with no fees next week.

Turns out my dad had purchased from them, so he sent my referral info before I got there, so he should get $100 too. I actually found the dealer and worked the price before knowing he had purchased there, but it should still count as a referral since he did email them and I did buy.

It was a loooong day but worth it. Now to delete my T4r account before I have to spend more money...

Paid $42,660 plus $115 doc fee for a 2016 Limited, Blizzard Pearl, cargo deck, cross bars, exhaust tip, and all weather mats. MSRP $45,569. I got $5200 for trade-in on my 2004 Limited with 236,000 miles on it. Great condition except for a seized 4Low and split vinyl on the side of the drivers seat. I didn't finance with them or take any extended warranty or other add-ons.

Nobody in the Portland Oregon area would budge much on price if they had a blizzard pearl without a third row. Seattle area was willing to move a little. Talked to a lot of dealers in Spokane, Cour d'Alene Idaho and Montana. No one wanted to give me even a rough estimate on trade-in even with photos. Most of the dozen or so dealerships I talked to were not willing to drop more than $1500.

Walked out of 3 different dealerships when we hit an impasse. Then saw that a dealer 100 miles south had one, their email price was a significant drop so thought I'd see how I could do. I didn't really want the cargo deck, but after escalating up the food chain and some hard bargaining with the sales manager, he came down to numbers I could live with.

I purchased a White 2016 SR5 with a 3rd row seat, convenience package, running boards, all weather mats and tint on the front windows for $34,905 plus taxes (no dealer fees) from Mountain States Toyota in Denver. I've had it for about 3 weeks now and couldn't be happier. If you are in the Denver area, I highly recommend Mountain States. I shopped around for about 3 weeks before purchasing and they were by far the most open and easy to deal with (not to mention the best price).

Just joined 4Runner Nation on Saturday. Sticker said $48,500, but paid $44,500 for my Blizzard Pearl 4x4 Limited at Toyota of Manhattan Beach, CA.

Costco auto program discounted $700 under invoice, which is a great deal imo--but wouldn't budge much further after the set Costco discount. Came fully loaded with 3rd row and all.

My unicorn, barely any left in Blizzard Pearl at the dealerships here in Southern Cali. Got it fresh off the boat with 1 mile!

2016 super white SR5, Fort Lauderdale Florida, al henderickson toyota. Last day of month.

Premium entune app suite, running boards, 3rd row seating.

$32,000 even + tax only. No fees.

Opted for leather to be put in and they dropped it from 1500$ to $1000 additional to price above.

Just bought a TEP Barcelona Red with Tube step bars, Remote start, Lusterizing sealant ( whatever that is ), Roof cross bars Mats and Cargo cover for $37500 + TTL.:bounce:

All dealers in Indy but one were out of the SR5 Premium white that we wanted and they would only budge $500 off the MSRP for the one they had left. It sold while we were holding out for a better price.

Had to drive an hour away and bought an SR5 Premium with running boards, third row, mats, etc, optioned out close to $41K for $37,500. It did have 1500 dealer demo miles on it though.

47 all said and done 2016 TRD PRO.

So $47k including tax? What options did you go with?

I actually just saw a white trd pro at work yesterday in the employee parking lot.

Sadly seeing a pro in person is giving me second thoughts about dropping so much cash on a 4Runner.

Nice truck but man that is expensive.

I guess I need to decide quickly before my order becomes official and my deposit goes bye bye.

Just bought a 2016 Trail Premium w/ accessories

I just paid $42300 for a brand new Trail Premium that included TRD wheels w/ 275/7017 BFG KO2's, TRD Bilstein shocks, TRD front skid plate, N-Fab nerf steps, window tint all the way around, everything installed at dealer, ready to roll. I know people hate the TRD shock kit but i wanted a turn key ride that was warrantied by dealer. I know the people there for years and believe I'll get taken care of.

$37450 for a white TE w/o KDSS, got running boards and weather mats. They were budging much on the TE, the SR5 had more wiggle room.
