$36,820 (4.8% sales tax). Friend's 4runner. It's a Limited 2WD, that's all I know.

EDIT: Never mind, I just went outside and looked. It looks like a Trail Edition.

EDIT AGAIN: I have no idea what it is. Maybe a base model with a hood scoop, all I know is that he made it a point to get a 2wd model and that he told me the OTD price which I remember because I was looking at getting one myself. So, sorry, not helpful I know.

No such thing as a 2wd trail edition. It's likely an SR5

This was after more than 6 months of negotiating with multiple dealers over a 100mi radius.

Traded in an '08 SE with X-Reas, TRD air box and TRD cat back.
67,000mi, great condition, got $18,500 for it - $1500 less than I wanted but was the best offer.

Any recent updates? See there is a "30th anniversary" 1,000 credit on the LE stickers, guess this is like GM has done, jack up the MSRP then give you a rebate?

Whats a good deal off of net (after credit) MSRP on a '14 LE? Want one with no 3rd row, auto running boards (or not.) I really only use my running boards now for washing the roof or accessing the cargo rack.

Was that with the Nevada $2187 tax credit deal? I was going to hold off on trading my in, but recently found out there maybe a Nevada $2k trade in allowance on top of your normal trade in value. There isn't a blue TE-P in Nevada, but sent an email to a dealer to bring one in, if the 2k tax credit can be applied.

No trade in or tax credits. It did include the $1K anniversary discount that was going on at the time though.

Anyone get the $500.00 for using Toyota motor credit financing? The 30th anniversary credit essentially negates the price increase for 2014 over 2013 it appears to me.

May also be a "taking buyers a while to warm to the new SR5 front end" credit.

2014 Price Info

Purchased a '14 Trail Premium (non-KDSS) here in Albuquerque on 5/10/14 (May was Toyota's biggest month saleswise in USA in six years).

Paid $37,100 plus TT&L, ostensibly was just at/$100 over invoice via Costco pricing agreement. Didn't want 3rd row-seat, cargo slider device in the back, running boards (Budbuilt sliders have just shipped), or any other gee-gaw jimcrackery that I don't need. FYI, the MSRP was in the low $39K range & I'm pretty damn happy that I got to deal with a fleet/internet mgr., who didn't mess around, unlike the other competitors who tried to tear my head off, price-wise (I used to sell cars in CA many moons ago;-)

This is my fourth 4Runner....and although it's fairly huge compared to it's predecessors and needs every one of it's 270 horses to move about---it's gotta be the best so far. Looking to "another" long relationship with this one:cheers:

Oh yeah, good thing I went to CarMax and got the free estimate/bid to buy my clean trade-car, an '03 Infiniti G35---Toyota dealership ultimately stepped up and matched their price...which was fine by me and I didn't have to jack around selling it myself:clap2:

Tech note: The tires are as sissy as the ones on my wife's Lexus RX-400h...but though they do ride smooth & quiet and I've soft-pedaled my first 1400 miles around town at 20mpg avg---I'm hoping they're typical OEM garbage and wear out fast, so I can tell Mama I need new rubber and get something that will work for me off-road, too!

The lowest I have found for my 14 Trail-Premium with KDSS and other extras is coming out to $39,999. OTD

If you want a sunroof (ie premium model). Otherwise it's not bad.
