How much are people paying for the NEW 4Runner?

Ya, I didn't find many dealers in the Denver area that would really take a big haircut on the price.....took a while to get the price down....and imagine harder for the trail given demand.

MSRP - $1,400
And if you add on "Keep it Wild Savings" of $750, then MSRP - $2,150

Used "TrueCar" then asked a non-TrueCar dealer to match the price. They did.

Happy with this considering what TRD-Pro's are going for around here. One dealer asking price is $51,000 (Toyota of Orange).

Guess I never did post in here when we bought ours last month. I can't remember what the MSRP was but here is our specs:

Bell Road Toyota in Phoenix

They had it listed for $37,900 but with so many Toyota dealerships in Phoenix it was easy to play one off the other. I told them I had a standing offer with Camelback Toyota for $36,500 on the exact same thing and they would have to beat it or I would go there. They beat it.

Lowest price I got was $38,000 plus tax & fees Good Deal? I'm in the market for a 4Runner trail and I don't want to over pay. No one would price match true cars price(37,680) since that dealer doesn't have it in stock. Any input would help should I wait for everyone to get there stock. Or trails are in high demand like every single dealer is telling me.

Had a couple dealers in Dallas at $34000 for regular 2015 Trail based on True Car pricing. Couldn't get what I wanted on trade for my 2011 SR5 so didn't pull the trigger. Only 60k on my 2011 so will keep it a few more years.

Smart move. Wait for the newer body style and maybe engine setup to come out or that great deal to happen. If you dont want to wait keep going to dealers at diff times every month or two till you strike that killer deal one day. I had given up then tried again months later and got a 3k better offer. Diff managers and sales goals etc. If I didnt get my deal I was gonna wait till 2017, figuring if Im paying more than I should be I might as well be getting a newer style rig.
 
New to the forum

I'm in the market for a 2016 TE. I can believe there isn't much difference between used 2014-15 and a new 2016.
I just got a quote from one dealer LOL.
