I thought so, It's a 3 hour drive but destroys anything that local dealers are giving
which dealer? best i can find on an ORP with moonroof/kdss is 40,2k. want to pull the trigger today

Hello all,
This will be my second 4Runner that I'm getting for my wife. Currently in talks with a dealer for a Limited with 3rd row. They're currently working to locate one that matches what we want.
I expect MSRP to be around $47k. Working with a dealership GM that I was referred to. Pricing has yet to be discussed, but what would be a realistic discount I can expect this to be?

Dealers responses to my questions:
What's your OTD price?: We can do 30k out the door on the Toyota 4Runner.
The Carfax seems misleading to me. A quick google search shows that the vehicle sustained heavy damage from vandalism and was sold at auction. I assume that's why the factory radio isn't there anymore. That looks like a cheap walmart radio too. Does that void the manufacturers warranty? Is the title still clean? Got any records of the repairs that were done?:
Vehicle was a repossession and previous owner did some cosmetic damage prior to the repo, only cosmetic damage was done. Radio was upgraded to a better radio than factory with back up camera and Bluetooth, it is a name brand radio. Still under warranty, Carfax is not misleading, unfortunately they do not disclose cosmetic damage. It is a one previous owner no accident vehicle with a clean title and clean carfax still under warranty factory. We priced it considerably under market value because of the repo history.
And yes of course I'd have it checked out by a mechanic before purchasing it if I decided to. Anyone ever used https://www.yourmechanic.com/

Yea, the thing with the Radio seems very funky and with the dealer not mentioning it until you brought it up, tells me he's not honest.. if you really want it, I would offer $24,000 OTD and he will counter somewhere around $25,000-$27,000.. with the radio like that.. he's going to have a hard time selling it to anyone.

$36,795.00 before taxes for my 2019 TRD Off Road that I bought outside of Syracuse last month. That seemed cheaper then most Off Roads I saw listed in the Upstate NY region.

We had been looking at used 5th gens forever, and finally gave up on finding a used deal that we were comfortable with. Moved on to trying to find the best deal we could on a new 4x4. About 3 weeks ago we were able to locate a 2018 TRD OR with relatively few BS dealer adds. MSRP was $38,875. Paid $33,450 +TTL. $35,998 OTD with no trade.
Wife really wanted leather, but figured adding aftermarket real leather was preferable to the cost adder to get the fake leather in the ORP

8-10% off MSRP is good, 10-12% off is great, and 12%+ off is a “steal”. You are a solid 14%.
I agree, great deal. Dealers here are telling me no way for an SR5 Premium for $33k+TTL.
