Your goal for a 2020 is 10% off of MSRP, with no more than $199 in dealer fees / doc fee. Taxes are extra, of course.
Goal for a new 2019 is around 18%-20% off of MSRP.
What I need to know. Thanks

Edmunds always adds on this "Destination Fee". $1,120
On the Toyota site the MSRP already has DELIVERY, PROCESSING & HANDLING FEE in it. $1,120
Looks like they are double counting it.

Would be a better option get the certified pre-owned ?
YES! I'm in Houston looking for a KDSS and there's only one in the entire damn region. wtf.
Did you fly over there or negotiate over the phone? Did they transport the vehicle to you or did you pick it up and drive back?
Lastly, how do you like the KDSS? I'm debating between a ORP with KDSS or a TRD PRO. Thoughts?
My dealership has a certified 2016 SR5 with 8,000 miles.
The “internet“ price is $32,699
Im thinking in order for me to buy a 4 year old car (as opposed to just buying a new), I would need to get it for $29,000
Is that realistic?
I love the ORP with KDSS! This is my first 4Runner so I wanted to have KDSS since my prior 200 series Landcruiser had it. It really does help with highway driving and keeping it steady.
I decided the Pro wasn’t for me. I could personalize the ORP more to my self and be a bit more unique.
I did everything over the phone with Pueblo Toyota. They transported it in an enclosed trailer, so make sure you get that done. It’s worth the money and security.
I just got my 2020 ORP with KDSS, moonroof, rubber mats, predators and cross bars for $43ish.
I’m very pleased with the deal I got from Pueblo Toyota. Ask for Sam or Ryan. They are very honest folks.
I live in Austin and Gulf States Toyota is like the mafia. They control all the builds and options put on at port ($$$). So I decided to go to the Rocky Mountain region where KDSS is in abundance on models. Not a single KDSS in the entire Gulf States region.
2020 TRD ORP Magnetic Gray, sunroof, no KDSS
Purchased 1/14/20
MSRP $44,153
OTD $39,701
Thats a solid price
