Two weeks ago I put a deposit on a 2022 Trail Edition, paid MSRP plus a market adj of $5000. This is my wife's vehicle and she wanted it so no real issue paying up. It was scheduled to be built 9/3 and I was told delivery late Sept. Her other choice would have been a new Bronco but the long lead time wouldn't work.
How much are people paying for the NEW 4Runner?

I actually aired up from factory. Delivered with 32-33 PSI and put an even 40 all around on my Nightshade. Steers easier and less wandering on the interstate.

Just put a deposit down on a 2022 TRD ORP in Lunar Rock for $45K. Includes floor liners, chrome exhaust tip, door edge guards and LED fogs
Placed my deposit on a 22 SR5 first week of September. Paying MSRP.
Dealer thought November it would be here.
It appears that dealerships are not necessarily ‘ordering’ these CY22 purchases and rather picking out of allocations ones that are closest suited to your selected options. Does anyone know if this is accurate? If that’s the case I may want to tell them I’m flexible on a few things to speed up the acquisition

Dealers: they never did order them. Lots of threads that get added to daily about it.

I was told by my dealer that they can not order 22 all they can do is look at allocation and try to trade with other dealer if they can.
They traded 22 black orp for my 22 red orp

The spec sheet they sent me has "High Performance LED Fogs" as a $170 add-on...is that not accurate?

The wife wanting it is not a good reason to pay $5000 over MSRP :jaw: for basically a fluffed up SR5. Should have worked harder to find one at MSRP. People are even balking at $5000 over MSRP for TRD Pros.

You're lucky. Those keypads aren't offered in most markets. They're unique to NC and FL markets I'm told. I asked my dealer to get one and installed it was almost $1,000. Had to pass, even though it's a really cool option.

You can order the part from a southeastern Toyota dealer for $299. The install is not very difficult. My brother purchased from a local dealer here in NC and installed himself. He lives in TN. Nice ride!

Just put a deposit down for a 22' TRD OR (which here in Canada is automatically a premium with sunroof and KDSS) in Nauti Blue. Got $1500 knocked of the MSRP. Just gotta wait til November now.

Congrats. I have a MGM Venture as well. On this color, I am glad the wheels are black as opposed to gunmetal. The keypads are an interesting option I was not aware of.
