How much is reasonable for a welding job?

I have a 3rd Gen 4 Runner and have a couple spots of rust on the frame. Maybe 3 quarter sized holes and one weak area about 3 inches long. Took it to a seemingly reputable place that does restoration work and they want $850 to patch/repair this. They stated they would need to remove the muffler and would need the truck about a week.

Does this seem reasonable? I have no idea how to gauge this.

Body work is $80-120/hour depending on where you go. Ask them what the hourly breakdown is and their rate.
