how much weight can back trunk piece & running boards hold?

Does anyone know what the weight limit of the back fold down trunk piece is...for sitting. And same question for the running boards for standing?

Good question, I have had 3 adults sitting on the tailgate with no problem and I use it to stand on to get to the roof all the time.

Can't help with the running boards I don't have them.

I know, you can't sit or stand on it? I have for years with no problems.

According to my knowledge in the book, it is 300lbs. for the '94 i'm assuming the same for the '95 models too. Hope that helps
